Jens Holzapfel
Jens has been in the translation business for over 20 years. He started out with a study of Physics which he completed with a Master from the University of Freiburg. After stops in various industries he decided to make language his profession and put his scientific and technical training to use in that area. He learned the trade on the job at a local translation agency, and later became an independent freelancer in the heart of Berlin, the capital of Germany.
Jens takes interest not only in English, but also in other languages like French, Italian, Persian and Esperanto. He is a keen reader of technology and science news and enjoys photography and film.
Pricing
The pricing is competitive and negotiable within certain limits. A quote for translating a document is usually based on the number of source words, times the price per word. For an exact quote I will need detailed information about your translation project, but as a general guideline you can expect the word price to be in the range of 0.14 to 0.16 EUR. For high volumes there may be discounts.
